15KHz up to 100KW brazing power supplies with state

-of-art ASIC single chip based electronics control system

controlling high speed thyristors for frequently ranges

up to 10 KHz. a typical control electronics is illustrated

High power ( 100-350 KW)Medium Frequency furnace control system

brazing,soldering,and welding are three of the most common processes.in brazing,metal

parts are joined using other metals having a high malting point, such as,copper,silver,and

aluminum alloys.Brazing differs from soldering by using higher temperatures.Both

induction brazing and induction soldering expolit the advantages of induction heating,such

as,pinpoint heating.

 

Induction to Brazing

By producing rapid,localized heat,induction brazing can prevent the distortion which is always

a potential problem in other high-temprature heat treating methods. induction brazing also

minimizes oxidation,again because of the speed of heat inducement. Finally,the method produces

a clean brazed joint and so,reduces cleaning after the part is treated.typically,brazing equipment

is used on brass parts.becauseof spot control of heating,and accurate control of temperature,

induction brazing equipment produces clean joints in which distortion and oxidation are

minimized.A Typical brazingjob is also illustrated at a typical power of about 22 KW.

 

With increased quality comes less time spent cleaning joints after process,and less scrap.

Coilgeometry is critical when efficient brazing has to be carried out. we offer specially crafted

coils to match the parts being brazed and the power supply is turned to take these variety of

coils without modifications in the power supply configuration.The illustration shows the variety

Solid State Power semi-conductors

Power supply panels come with al necessary power semiconductors that are adequately rated for

operation continously at rated powers and line variations.typical power supplies up to 100KW work

on three 415 V 50 Hz lines and heating power frequency between 7.5-15KHz.depending on the

application and part size.power semi-conducters and high frequency power capacitors are water

cooled and the panel has its dedicated DM water cooling system for cooling.
